So I may be a little late to the party disco (get it!) but these are the first pair of disco pants to grace the pages of my blog, and it is fair to say I can see the obsession. Without owning the original, cult AA version, I am unable to draw a comparison but I have to say these ones from Glamorous have lived up to my shiny-legged expectations, whilst oddly making me feel like an extra from Grease. Olivia Newton John eat your heart out! The material is sturdy and stretchy, giving you adequate support and give in equal measures. The only downside I would say is that due to my disproportionate hip/thigh/waist ratio, the size I chose did gape quite a lot around waist. Fine when wore with baggy tee shirts, but I wouldn't be able to tuck a top in, not that the world needs to see that anyway! However, I fear that if I dropped down a size, we could have had a Ross-talc-leather pants situation on our hands! Never a good thing. I kept the rest of my outfit pretty simple, with just a flourish of sparkles and my metallic toe-cap pumps which are absolutely ancient but have served me well. Please note that I am actually wearing something other than my beloved buckle eBay boots...it's a shocker!
