The easiest tomato soup ever: no more excuses



Tomato soup is delicious, whether garnished with meatballs, parsley, grated cheese or all of the above!

I was looking for a simple recipe and found some inspiration online. I tried it and it worked out pretty well, so I wanted to share with you how I did it.

Ingredients

100 grams of real butter for baking

1/2 onion, in large slices

1 can of whole tomatoes

salt, 1 pinch

Preparation

Bring everything to boil together in a large pan filled with water until done. You can then take a hand mixer with the soup blender twisted on, and mix while the entire pot is still on the fire. Voilà, you are done! If you want to add meat balls, add them now and re-heat the soup. Garnish with whatever you like.
