This blog includes Nepal home and away fixtures for the upcoming second round of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and AFC Cup China 2023 Asian Qualifiers Group B. Nepal is placed with Australia, Jordan, Chinese Taipei, and Kuwait. This is the first time Nepal has been able to make directly into second round of Asian qualifier. This was all possible after Nepal was in the top 34 in FIFA Ranking for Asian reasons.
Note: Fixtures Updated following the home and away venue swap as Nepal's home stadium Dasharath stadium is not ready to host the matches at present.Nepal will begin the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and AFC Cup China 2023 Asian qualifiers playing against Kuwait in the home match on September 05, 2019. However, the venues for the matches has not be yet finalized.All the group stage matches will be played on home and away basis. A total of 12 teams, i.e each group winners and four best runner-up will proceed to the next round of qualifiers. Regarding this Nepal has a very low chance to make into the next round.
